I thought this was important to talk about in this episode because one of the most productive things we can learn is how to better process the calamities in our lives and actually find a way to deal with the situation, even as we move out of them. And that starts with learning to reduce the negative self-talk.
What I’ve noticed is we often have a tendency to focus on the things we’ve lost. The pain we’ve experienced or are still experiencing. We can find ourselves so weighed down by the emotions and feelings of the fear associated with the pain, that we fail to see an opportunity for change much less the will to make it happen. The blessing is that with all problems there comes a solution and there is a way to move forward in positivity after experiencing challenges in our lives.
