Toxic people drain our energy and prevent us from living a better life. They can be hard to identify because they are often good at hiding their toxicity, but the negative effects and undue stress they bring upon our lives become a tell-tale sign. Toxic people pollute our lives and leave us feeling drained, frustrated, and alone.
We must stop wasting time building relationships with toxic people. We must spend less time in areas where we might run into them and avoid them wherever possible. We want to find better ways of connecting with the good people in our lives and learn to recognize and appreciate their values and treat them with respect.
Toxic people are everywhere. It's easy to get tangled up with people who don't have our best interests at heart. They will drag us down and prevent us from achieving what we want out of life
